The Treasury is the spot in downtown Fresno. The Treasury is an art gallery, office space, by-appointment fashion boutique, and gathering place. The Treasury is located at 1832 Van Ness, just south of Divisadero, a short walk from the Iron Bird Caf. Local entrepreneur Toby Byers has been working his way towards realizing this dream since the age of eight when he started his first business.
