The URI Student Senate

Student Senate is an independent 501(c)3 non profit organization separate from University governance. We serve to improve and enhance the quality and scope of education and life of the URI student body. Known as one of the largest and most autonomous student organizations in the state, we control funding for student organizations and provide resources for student programming. We advocate for students on a University, local, state, and national level and represent the student body on all Administrative Campus Departments
