The Villages Grown gives residents and surrounding communities access to fresh, nutritious food grown and made in their own backyard. Our 9 acre hydroponic, controlled environment farm grows microgreens, lettuces, herbs and tomatoesall harvested and delivered within 48 hoursand also aggregates quality, sustainable products from farms and artisans in and around Florida. To bring this local food system model full circle, we also partner with restaurants, distributors, grocers, healthcare and more to bring healthy food to fuel healthy people in our community
