The Womens Association

The Womens Association is committed to ensuring that women and girls have the tools to freely explore whats available to them in the working world and create who they want to be according to their skills and abilities. In the fight for gender equality, many women miss the ability to realise their full potential, due to mens achievements being the benchmark for success. Through events, corporate programmes, campaigning, and more, we are working to challenge the cultures, systems, narratives and mindsets that heavily perpetuate historically imposed ideas that have dictated what women can and cant be and that further exacerbate the socio-economic divide. Our work involves; 1. Showing the next generation of women all that they can be by making womens stories more visible from across the organisational structure, offering a more in-depth view of what women do at work. 2.
