The Writers Center supports writers and people who want to write. Founded in 1976, The Writers Center (TWC) strives to inspire an ever-widening local community to explore the power of language. We serve the publicall ages and backgrounds, both inexperienced and master writers--through a wide variety of workshops, readings and theater productions, reaching more than 3,000 community members each year

On-site and on-line writing workshops,readings by local authors,resources for writers,literary event space,memberships,and open mic nights
