The Young Arbiters Society - UON Chapter

We are a society of young, passionate, dynamic and trained undergraduate and post-graduate students from the University of Nairobi. Our mandate is to advocate for, encourage, promote and take part in the practice of various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. We achieve our mission by promoting the research, training, practice, networking and consulting on various Alternative Dispute Resolution processes and techniques such as arbitration, mediation, traditional dispute resolution, negotiation and conciliation
