Thermoseal Group Limited is a supplier to the window industry, supplying a range of over 2,500 insulated glass (IG) components and a range of machinery used for manufacturing IG units. Its flagship products are its warm edge spacer systems - Thermobar rigid plastic spacer and Thermoflex Silicone rubber spacer. Used to separate the panes of glass in windows, these spacers are two of the highest performance spacer systems available in the worldwide market offering thermal performance values as low as 0.14W/mK and 0.175W/mK and Passive House ratings of phA+ for arctic climates. They are both made with a non-metal barrier tape to help minimise moisture and gas penetration and improve the longevity of windows.
