We collaborate with the worlds leading business schools to provide tailored executive education programmes and corporate social responsibility events. At inception in 2010 we were called These Young Minds, following a re-branding in 2013 we adopted the name These Executive Minds - TEXEM to reflect the contextual realities of the emerging economies where we provide services. Our Approach We partner with global businesses and business schools to highlight contemporary issues while addressing skills gaps that African organisations face.
