We are an independent Family Practice medical office located in Williston, Vermont, serving patients of all ages. Our aim is to provide comprehensive, high quality, patient-centered care for the members of our community. In addition to our Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, we have an expansive clinical staff, including a Registered Dietitian, a Clinical Social Worker, Nurse and Social Work Care Coordinators, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We have onsite laboratory and digital x-ray services, which allow for more rapid diagnosis at lesser cost. For acute illness or injury, we offer same-day urgent appointments in our clinic 7 days a week. Thomas Chittenden Health Center (TCHC) was established in 1969 by Drs.
