Thunderbolt Broadcasting Company began in 1957 when WCMT-AM 1410 began broadcasting in Weakley County. The Company has grown significantly with the addition of WCMT-FM 101.3 in 1968 and WCDZ-FM 95.1 in 1994 along with the acquisition of KYTN-FM 104.9 and WQAK-FM 105.7 in 2007. In present day, Thunderbolt Broadcasting Company continues to serve the Ken-Tenn area with a highly qualified staff who are passionate about being the best at what they do.
