TIMEC Company, Inc

Provider of asset management, maintenance, turnaround and small project services to the refining, oil and gas, mining, minerals processing, petrochemical and food industries. TIMEC was established in 1971 in California. In the late 1980s and 1990s, offices were opened in CA, TX, UT, MT and WA. In 1985, TIMEC formed a partnership with James International, Inc. to supplement its catalyst handling division. In 1986, James International, Inc. was purchased and merged with TIMECs own catalyst division, creating James-TIMEC International, Inc., which is located in La Porte, TX and has offices in Vallejo and Carson, CA.
