TitanPrep was incorporated due to the large need that consumers and borrowers have for unraveling a vast amount of information pertaining to Government programs and the required documents that must be filed to show proof of qualification. As an organization we enjoy the challenge of researching, analyzing, and unraveling the regulations as well as the laws that support the processes of these programs that government-backed institutions are required to follow. Weve found that service providers have employees that are misinformed and are unintentionally providing inaccurate information. Employees must wade through the vast amount of information and industry changes that take place no differently than any other borrower or consumer. Finding the right answers is not as simple as we would like it to be. So, we at TitanPrep decided to assist borrowers and consumers by navigating the process so they dont have to.
