Titan Up 13 week challenge is a new and unique way to get in shape, strengthen your body, and Titan Up! Our program is a detailed plan of action tthat is going to transfer your body through our award winning strength and cardio regimen. Our easy to folow meal guide can be customized to any body to ensure success. Our 13 week challenge is an incentive based program meaning if you succeed and improve your body in any of our 10 catagories you will receive a credit to add to your next 13 week challenge!!! Titan Up body transformation facility has all the aspects needed to create not only a beautiful, clean facility but a fully functional gym with cardio and strength training equipment that applies to all skill levels. Signing up is simple. Classes start at less than $7 a class. Weekly rates $39 (with a 13 week commitment) and the full challenge rate is only $489 for 13 weeks straight of unlimited training
