At TLC we aim to give every child in our sphere of influence the opportunity to be raised in a loving home and never need care in an institutional environment. This mandate grew from over 30 years of experience in the community we serve with our Childrens Home, where we observed the interrelated social injustices that would ultimately end with a baby in our care.
