TLC Home Cares owners started as caregivers at other agencies in Anchorage, AK. Rosalina Mavaega, E.J Fualema, and Eni Mavaega saw so much neglect, ugliness, and lack of urgency for improvement in other agencies, and they wanted to make a difference. With the same goals in mind and God in the picture, God brought them together to not only provide care for their clients and families, but to also have passion and love for what they do, provide the best possible care, and to keep the cost of care, affordable!
