TOMALIA S.C.U.G

Tomalia is a second degree cooperative, producer of tomato paste and other tomato products and located in Santa Amalia (Spain). It gathers five cooperatives that supply all the raw material to the factory. We normally produce around 230.000mt of fresh tomatoes, which is (in a normal tomato crop) around the 10% of the whole Spanish tomato production. Equipment: - Two tomato paste lines - One tomato dice line. - Preconcentrator (apollo Rossi Catelli) - Diced line (extruded one). - BIB line, from new season Products: Tomato paste: 28/30o brix tomato paste Cold Break, Hot Break, Warm Break and Superhot Break 36/38o brix tomato paste Cold Break 22/24o brix and 30/32o tomato paste Hot Break Crushed and passata, from 6/8o brix to 16/18o brix through a 1-4 mm sieve.
