The world is changing; women are rising, and although some women feel more empowered than ever, we still have a way to go. Tomorrow Woman is a social enterprise that runs workshops to reconnect women with their authentic voice. Through immersive experiential workshops delivered in schools, amateur and elite sporting environments, workplaces and communities, we aim to empower women around Australia. The impossible-to-achieve ideals women have struggled to live up to for decades are now amplified by our wired and overly connected world. With traditional gender values like beauty and compliance, so deeply entrenched in mainstream culture, following the beat of your own drum can be hard. Amidst a barrage of confusing messages coming from all angles, depression, anxiety, negative body image and low self-esteem are on the rise in women.
