The Top 200 Program is a specialized development experience designed to accelerate the growth of personal, professional, leadership and career development skills for students at the Ted Rogers School of Management. During this 2-year program, Top 200 students will participate in a structured series of extracurricular activities, learning experiences and employer engagement opportunities. As a Top 200 student, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through a variety of workshops, presentations and a leadership summit, as well as ongoing mentoring and coaching.
