Founded in 2004, Top Builders Group (TBG) began its journey with a unique opportunity given by a casino operator, who selected TBG as their construction partner for a series of hotel developments in the Cotai area. Since its inception, TBG has played a crucial role in these kinds of developments, handling various types of construction, that range from land reclamation, foundations and basement works, to superstructure erection, and interior fitouts. Despite a brief hiatus in 2008/2009 due to the global financial crisis, TBG has consistently contributed to the shaping of Macaus landscape. For instance, TBG recently completed the facade transformation of Sands Cotai Central into The Londoner, featuring iconic landmarks like the Palace of Westminster (British Parliament) and Big Ben.
