Topaz Power Management, LP (TPM) is based in Austin, Texas and manages competitive power portfolios owned by affiliates of Riverstone Holdings LLC, currently: Topaz Power Holdings, LLC, Sapphire Power Holdings LLC, and Raven Power Holdings LLC. TPM manages the assets of these companies that engage in the wholesale sale of power, capacity, and ancillary services to utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, other energy companies, and power pools in 5 statesincluding key regions of Texas, the Northeast, and the Mid-Atlantic serving ERCOT and PJM. The entire managed fleet consists of a diverse group of fossil generation totaling 5,600 MWs of base, intermediate, and peaking power plants fueled by a variety of fuels such as natural gas, coal, and fuel oil.
