The foundations of TORKAM HOLDING were laid in 1989 by the Chairman of the Executive Board, Mr. Mahmut DERELI. Inspired by the ideas of his father Osman DERELI, nickel and chrome master, Mahmut DERELI following his business managment degree and his experience in the private sector, he started his commercial activities in 1989 with the production and marketing of construction materials. After that he works respectively in the field of Construction, Real Esatate development, PVC profile production, Iron and Steel production, Oil-Gas exploration and operation fields, Oil-Gas Seismic and Drilling Activities. Today these activities are carried out with a total of 15 companies and 5000 employees in Europe, Asia and North Africa. In 2019, Torkam Holding was established and all companies merged under the Holding.
