Established in 1998 in the aftermath of the Asian financial crisis, the Toronto Centre is an independent non-profit organization founded by the Government of Canada, the World Bank, and the Schulich School of Business. Our mission is to provide high-quality capacity building programs for financial supervisors and regulators, and touches directly and indirectly on 11 out of 17 UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
