Toronto Community Employment Services (TCES) is an Employment Ontario funded non-profit organization dedicated to helping people find employment. We connect job seekers to appropriate and available employment and train opportunities at no cost. TCES provides job seekers with adult and youth employment programs, placement services, job search workshops, resume editing, interview practice, labour market information, second career assessment, and referrals to other community services and programs.
