The company specialises in the modification of bitumen and produces and manufactures most types of modified binders and emulsions that are used in the road industry in the countries where it operates. With a fleet of more than 30 modern bitumen distributors, bitumen hauliers, and 13 mobile bitumen rubber and PMB modification plants, Tosas is well-placed to service the road industry with all its requirements. The production capacity of Tosas is more than 8 times the total maximum capacity required by its shareholder and it is a therefore strict policy that all customers will receive equally competitive rates for products and services.
