Touro Brazilian Steakhouse & Wine Bar

The Tradition of Gaucho (Cowboy) began in the south of Brazil in an area called Rio Grande Do Sul. Gauchos raised cattle and then travelled to surrounding villages to sell their livestock. Due to the nature of their lives and work, the diet of gauchos comprised of plenty of meat which was barbecued. Today at Touro Brazilian Steakhouse, we offer a variety of meats keeping with the traditional way of cooking. Same common meats are beef, pork, lamb and Chicken. Touros meats are roasted over an open flame charcoal grill and then sliced thinly tableside. Guests are welcome to pair their meats with other traditional items such as feijoada beans or a traditional Caipirinha coctail muddled with lime and the liquor of choice is Cachaa the Brazilian take on rum.
