Weve supported our local community since 1975. We help people fleeing persecution overseas to be granted asylum in this country. We help to reunite families separated by international borders. We help women escape violence at home and we help people for whom we are the last resort fight deportation. We fight to prevent people from being unfairly evicted. We help people living in unsafe and unhealthy homes to make their landlords repair them. We help homeless people win a home. We help make sure people get the welfare benefits they are entitled to. They include some of the most vulnerable members of society who are fearful and desperate in the face of decisions to withdraw Personal Independence Payments and Education & Support Allowance.
