Town of Discovery Bay

Nestled in the evening shadows of Mount Diablo and just along the banks of the rich and historic California Delta water system, you will find Discovery Bay, a community where over 17,000 residents live and play. The Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District (CSD) serves as Discovery Bays local government, tasked with handling water, sewer, landscaping and recreation. The CSD advises the County on decisions related to police and fire services, residential and commercial development and more. The Districts publically-elected 5-member CSD Board makes decisions on behalf of the community, while the Districts General Manager and staff support day-to-day operations. The CSD Board typically meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Community Center at 1601 Discovery Bay Blvd. Residents and business owners are encouraged to attend, get involved and share their perspectives on both opportunities and issues facing the community.
