Littleton, Massachusetts (population 9,300), is located 26 miles northwest of Boston. The towns location along Interstate 495 at Route 2-- with its easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike, the Route 128 high-tech corridor, and downtown Boston-- has made it attractive to commercial businesses.
