T&R Properties was founded by P.Ronald Sabatino in 1983 with a focus on residential real estate development of beautiful multi-family, single-family, and condominium homes. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include development and management of mixed-use and commercial projects. With over 150 associates and real estate holdings of over 30 projects, T&R has a well-earned reputation for quality developments in exceptional communities located throughout the Midwest.
