Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre

The Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre (TAEC) is a cultural heritage social enterprise located in the heart of Luang Prabang, Lao PDR. Since 2007, TAEC has celebrated the diverse ethnic cultures of Laos. The Centres primary activities are two-fold: a museum, and fair-trade handicrafts shops directly linked with artisan communities across Laos. TAECs work includes research, advocacy for artisan communities, school outreach programmes, craft trainings, and lectures.
