Transportes Gabardo

Transportes Gabardo was founded in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, in 1989, by Sergio Mario Gabardo. Born in Nova Bassano, in the interior of the state, married, farmer and truck driver, he started transporting vehicles in 1982 to serve the Rio Grande do Sul automaker Miura. In 1992, with the economic opening of the Collor Government, the company achieved a major expansion in vehicle transport. In 1993, Sergio bought his first tractor truck. As a truck driver, he traveled straight until mid-1998 on the road only. From then on, he juggled traveling with managing the company. He realized the need to invest in technology and innovate in the transport of these vehicles.
