Tras la Perla is an initiative dedicated to the the sustainable development of the city of Santa Marta, Colombia and the surrounding region. Led by Grammy Award Winning Colombian Artist Carlos Vives, who is from Santa Marta, the initiative creates partnerships with local and federal government officials, local and international private sector, and other interested stakeholders to advance sustainable development of the region.
