Triangle Community Center

Triangle Community Center (TCC) empowers and advocates for LGBTQ people in Connecticut through programming focused on health, community and learning. Founded in 1990, TCC is proud to celebrate 30 years of service and support for the LGBTQ community in Fairfield County and beyond. Our case management and mental health counseling services ensure our clients health and wellbeing needs are met with affirming care. Our team of highly trained client advocates assist community members with social service, housing and healthcare navigation, document updates and nutritional assistance. TCCs in-house LGBTQ-affirming counseling services are supervised by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with advanced MFT students providing comprehensive counseling to individuals, couples and families.
