Tricel Lanark

Tricel Lanark is one of the key manufacturers of cold water storage tanks throughout the UK. The company first began its operation in 1968, when it was founded as a family business to manufacture one-piece GRP water storage tanks. The company, formerly known as Nicholson Plastics, rebranded to Tricel (Lanark) Ltd. on the 1st of January 2024. Through commitment and a hard work ethic, Tricel Lanark quickly developed its market share and was one of the companies that pioneered the use of GRP in the production of sectional tank panels. Originally these panels were made by hand from liquid resins reinforced by glassfibre matting and for many years Nicholson Plastics manufactured large numbers of sectional panels by this method, installing these modern GRP sectional tanks all over the UK.
