Trinity Factors was established in Edinburgh in 1976 and has grown steadily through its ethos of excellence in customer service. We are generally regarded and widely recognised as being one of Scotland s leading firms of Property Managers. Today we have a staff of 40, from qualified Property Managers and office staff through to our own maintenance team, all dedicated to looking after our clients properties. Many are members of relevant professional organisations including the Chartered Insurance Institute, The Institute of Residential Property Management and The Institute of Business Administration. Our Managing Director is a Past President of the Property Managers Association (Scotland) Ltd. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for insurance business.
