1970s Our Humble Beginnings: In the late 1970s Tim started working with his dad and thats when he fell in love with the grading business. Well known at the time for the quality of their work in custom house pads and agriculture work, Trinity Grading, Inc. quickly evolved to include more commercial, retail, industrial, and government work. 1980s-1990s The Rental Business: In the mid 80s Tim bought his own blade and went into the rental business for himself. During the mid 90s Tim moved to Washington State with his family for a year and worked for a large heavy commercial construction company putting in highways and working on airports. 1990s-2000s Transition to Full Service: Missing the California sun, Tim moved back to work with his dad and brother to expand operations.
