Tropicasa Realty was founded in 1997 by Wayne Franklin, a former broker from California with over 25 years of real estate experience in the U.S. and Mexico. With over 100 years of combined experience, many of the real estate agents at Tropicasa have either held real estate licenses in other countries or have had their own brokerages, providing clients with the benefit of their extensive knowledge and experience. In addition, all members of the company are affiliated with AMPI, the Mexican Board of Realtors, of which Franklin, as he is known in the community, was President from 2002-2007, and has been the Chairman of the Honor and Justice Committee since 2008.
