True Blue Swim School founder Jason Arnold grew up in Australiaa country that takes their respect of the water seriously. Born to a family of educators, his love for both swimming and teaching put him on a clear career path in the learn to swim industry. In 1991 Jason was the Manager of a swim school in East Melbourne where he designed a curriculum that saw the business quickly booked out. In 1995, Jason formed a partnership with Paul Sadler, who had also been operating a successful learn-to-swim school in Melbourne.
