True Self Counseling Utah

At True Self Counseling, we believe that each of us has inherent worth and value. We all carry within us the ability to heal, grow, and find true happiness and peace. We begin to struggle when we lose sight of that individual worth and begin to let our actions and beliefs be based more on the world around us than on the voice within us. Our goal is to help our clients strengthen that inner voice and live a life consistent with their authentic selves. We work with a variety of issues, but specialize in treating trauma, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, and faith transitions. We also have therapists who specialize in work with children, as well as therapists who work with families and couples. We take a client-centered approach, meaning that we value each individual and their fundamental worth, and we view our clients as equal partners in the therapy process.
