Tulip Oil Holding B.V. is a privately-held exploration and production operator. The Company operates assets in Germany and is owned by funds advised by GNRI, management and staff. The Company was established in 2010. It was recognized early on that Germany and The Netherlands were the preferred locations to focus Tulips expertise given the remaining potential for maturing untapped reserves, the proximity to market and the stable and supportive fiscal regimes. Tulip Oil Holding B.V. (TOH) has a fully controlled JV (90% holding) in Germany under Rhein Petroleum GmbH. Tulip has built a portfolio with mostly onshore oil assets in Germany. Tulip has discovered and produced from oil assets in Germany : Schwarzbach & Steig (100% RP) and Lauben (50% RP/ 50% Wintershalldea) and gas assets in the Netherlands (Donkerbroek and Hemrik fields). In 2015, Tulip discovered the Q10-A field offshore in the Netherlands, in January 2018 FID was taken with gas operations commencing in February 2019....
