TW Gaze

TW Gaze was established in 1857 by the eponymous Thomas William as a firm of agricultural valuers and auctioneers and evolved over 150 years to reflect changes in the rural way of life generally, and farming in particular. Therefore, gone are the livestock markets which were at the heart of the social and business life of the rural community for so long. Instead we have chattels auctions which still provide a forum for mixing business with pleasure on market days, residential and commercial agencies and the old core of rural valuation, management, farm and land agency. The firm has grown, in particular over the last 20 years, from employing 20 members of staff to around 65 employees now over our three sites. The estate agency and rural professional business being run from 10 Market Hill in Diss and 33 Market Street, Wymondham and the Diss Auction Rooms based at Roydon Road also in Diss.
