Twist Teas was established in 2017 by Claire Ayres, a lawyer, her mother, Nicky Kavanaugh, a project manager and their friend Fraser Tant, an experienced Food & Beverage marketer. The mission? To make Twist Teas the conscious choice for contemporary tea lovers globally. All of Twist Teas teas are hand-blended in the UK, ethically sourced whole-leaf ingredients, and packed in plastic-free and sustainable Forest Council Approved packaging. The tea bags and string are made from corn silk, a completely natural product, with strings and label attached by an ultra-sound process so no glue is used. What sets Twist Teas apart (because they never stop innovating) is each blend has an added extra: functional herbs, botanicals and spices evidenced to provide health and wellbeing benefits.
