Since its inception in 1977, Two Plus For Management Company has successfully managed housing for families and elderly residents. Our success has been and will continue to be achieved through partnering with the client-owner and providing high-quality management and exceptional customer service. During the past 20 years, the company has managed over 70 projects encompassing over 2300 units throughout New York State. These projects range from twelve to one hundred units in scope. Financing these properties has been through several sources, including USDA Rural Development (formerly Farmers Home Administration), US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), New York State Housing Trust Fund, New York State Department of Housing and Community Renewal, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Bonds, Conventional Financing, and loan programs offered by the Development Authority of the North Country (DANC).
