UAE Space Agency

The UAE Space Agency has been created to lead, regulate and coordinate the UAEs growing Space sector. The Agency will join the international Space community in promoting Space exploration and contributing to global scientific research and development. The Agency developed its strategic framework to guide the execution of its three mandates dictated by Federal Decree No. 1 of 2014, which include: 1. Developing the Space sector 2. Creating Space policy and regulation 3. Directing national Space programs that will benefit the UAEs economy Consistent with its strategic framework, the Agency has identified priority initiatives that are critical to building world-class capabilities.
