UCL Investment Society

The University College London Investment Society (UCLIS) was founded in 2001, with the aim of providing its members with the necessary tools to begin and pursue a career in the financial services industry. Over a decade later, the society now stands as one of UCLs largest societies. The UCLIS remains dedicated to the education and development of all members, focusing on both the buy and sell-side of Finance. With over 1000 new signups last year alone, the society is fast becoming an attractive and focal point of contact for investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms and investment managers in terms of campus recruitment. Over the coming year, we look to hold workshops, host speakers and arrange competitive events whereby students will be inspired, challenged and motivated to further their ambitions. Over the years, we have pioneered many successful initiatives, including the highly esteemed UCL Finance Conference and our exclusive mentorship programme
