Ughi e Nunziante

Ughi e Nunziante was established in 1969 as a result of the merger of two pre-existing law firms founded by Giovanni M. Ughi and Gianni Nunziante. The Firm has offices in Milan and Rome and it currently numbers about 70 lawyers and accountants. Since its early years, the Firm paired its intimate knowledge of Italian law with a strong international vocation, and has developed a solid experience in cross-border transactions. Most of our attorneys obtained postgraduate degrees from leading universities in Italy and abroad, and have accumulated foreign work experience, particularly in the United States and the United Kingdom; among the Firm s professionals are foreign nationals and professionals who are admitted to practice in Italy as well as other jurisdictions, and the Firm is able to provide assistance in foreign languages such as English, French, German and Spanish.
