SETTING THE STANDARD FOR REIKI IN THE UK Quality Professionalism Best Practice Founded in 1999 with the aim of promoting standards of good practice for Reiki, the UK Reiki Federation is a not-for-profit organisation providing support for Reiki professionals, non-Reiki professionals and to the public. As part of the UK Reiki Federations ongoing objective of promoting best practice and professional conduct, it has been involved with, and made a major contribution towards, the regulation of Reiki as a profession and the development of minimum standards of training. One of the aims in promoting good practice is to improve the acceptance of Reiki as a viable tool to be used within the NHS. As one of the largest Reiki-only professional associations in the UK, and one of the most well respected, we welcome all styles of Reiki.
