We have our very own unique Property Management System (PMS) called UloTel. The Property Owners can view the Revenue Projection, Overall Revenue and Room Inventory in a single dashboard. It paves for easy monitoring and control over all our portfolio properties. We operate via the Revenue Share concept. We tie up with Single Brand Budget Hotels that are underperforming & help them to achieve Standard Occupancy, Standard Revenue & Quality.
