Founded in early 2017 by Dr. Kinza Naeem with the support of other compassionate Physicians and Psychologists. Umang cares about your well being and want to improve the lives of those with mental illnesses. We are recognised by World Health Organisation (WHO), World Federation for Mental Health and Mental Health innovation Network. We are official safety partners of Facebook and Instagram as a point of resource for mental health and psychosocial support from Pakistan.
