Umbrella Derby and Derbyshire

At Umbrella, we support children and young people up to the age of 30 with any physical or learning disability and extend support to the entire family. For families living in Derby City and Southern Derbyshire, we provide group activities, 1 to 1 / 2 to 1 supports at home or in the community and also run family support groups, siblings clubs, family days and information services. Empowering families and helping young people realise their potential whilst having fun in a safe environment and offering peer to peer support for families. We do as much as we can for families in the local area! Although we receive funding from various providers, this doesnt cover specialist equipment, toys and technology for the young people or special days out for families. We also need to raise money for the running of some of our youth clubs, the siblings groups and to help with any snags at Umbrella House. We need 50,000 a year to continue as we are so we appreciate all the support we receive
